Refund and return policy
At ReenSecrets, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We have established the following return policy to assist you in the event that you need to return a product:
Timeframe: You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return your product(s).
Condition: The product(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with all the original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
Prescription glasses: We regret that we cannot accept returns of glasses with prescription lenses due to the customization of the product to fit your personal needs.
Refund: We offer store credit or an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value.
Shipping costs: The cost of shipping the product(s) back to ReenSecrets is the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or 0727939991 to initiate the return process. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for your return in the email or call. Once we receive your returned product(s) and verify that the product(s) are in their original condition, we will issue your store credit or exchange.
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
